Bridges & Dentures

Bridges and dentures replace teeth lost to decay or gum disease. After a thorough exam we make a recommendation built around your needs, considering the financial side as well as short- and long-term effects.

Bridges

A bridge replaces one or more missing teeth. It can be tooth-retained, meaning the natural teeth on either side of the gap support the bridge, or implant-retained, where implants carry the replacement tooth.

While an implant may be the preferred option in many cases, a bridge offers a solid alternative for tooth replacement.

Dentures

Full or partial dentures replace multiple missing teeth. At a consultation or exam appointment we review your options, and we work with a laboratory that fabricates dentures for our patients. Study models let us show you exactly what your dentures will look like before the final product is made.

A denture can closely resemble your remaining teeth, so it's hard to tell the difference between replaced and natural teeth. Our hygienists also help you care for your dentures, remaining teeth, and gum tissue — dentures are cleaned at all appointments and the dentist checks the fit to make sure you're comfortable.
