What to expect when you visit.
Our policies are posted here so you can always find the latest information before your appointment.
Payment
Payment is due at the time of service. We accept debit, credit card, and cash. Treatment plans are reviewed with you before any work begins.
Cancellations
We ask for 48 business hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations or missed appointments may incur a fee.
Insurance
We submit electronic claims directly to most insurance providers. Any portion not covered by insurance is your responsibility at the time of your appointment.
New patients
Please arrive 10 minutes early to complete your health history and consent forms. Bring your insurance card and a list of current medications.
